In this project, I worked with a team to create a hypothetical sports agency focused on representing WNBA athletes. My role was centered around selecting the athletes we would represent, ensuring they embodied our agency's values of empowerment, skill, and marketability. I researched key players in the league, considering factors such as leadership, performance, and potential for commercial opportunities. The goal was to curate a roster of athletes who could not only excel on the court but also build strong personal brands off the court.
Additionally, we developed a cohesive brand theme for the agency that reflected our commitment to elevating female athletes and increasing the visibility of the WNBA. This included creating a professional agency website and crafting tailored marketing strategies for each athlete. We focused on representation, mentorship, and maximizing commercial opportunities through partnerships, endorsements, and community initiatives. This project allowed me to apply strategic thinking in athlete representation while advocating for greater recognition of women in sports.
