In this project, I worked with a team to create a pitch for Otis Elevators executives, proposing the adoption of Salesforce CRM to enhance their customer relationship management and streamline business operations. My role involved researching Otis's current systems and identifying key areas where Salesforce could drive efficiencies, improve customer insights, and enhance sales and service operations. I focused on tailoring our pitch to demonstrate how Salesforce’s features could be leveraged to meet Otis's specific needs, such as tracking maintenance schedules, optimizing service delivery, and providing real-time analytics.

Additionally, we developed a cohesive presentation that aligned with Otis’s core business values, emphasizing how Salesforce could help the company maintain its competitive edge in the elevator industry. We also presented a cost-benefit analysis, showcasing the potential ROI and long-term value Salesforce CRM could bring to Otis. This project allowed me to apply strategic thinking, data analysis, and persuasive communication skills to present a solution that could revolutionize Otis’s operations and customer relationships.
