This project shows and in depth Business analysis of a local small business, Judge Keller.

For this project, I began by conducting a comprehensive analysis of competitors by identifying their most important traits and comparing them to those of Judge Keller’s Store to evaluate competitive positioning. This process involved assessing factors such as branding, customer experience, pricing, and community engagement, which are critical in differentiating businesses in the market. Additionally, I performed a STEEP analysis (Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, and Political factors) to understand the broader external environment impacting the industry. By combining these insights, I was able to identify areas where Judge Keller’s Store could capitalize on its unique strengths while addressing potential external challenges, ultimately providing a holistic view of its strategic opportunities.

I identified the top three risks facing Judge Keller’s Store: competition, seasonality, and marketing lag. This focused analysis highlighted critical areas where the store may be vulnerable and emphasized the importance of addressing these challenges to sustain growth and success. By pinpointing these risks, I provided a foundation for developing strategies to help the store navigate its unique challenges effectively.

I identified the main Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Judge Keller’s Store, focusing on goals that align with its mission and long-term vision. By analyzing the store’s priorities and areas for improvement, I defined clear, measurable outcomes to track progress effectively. To support these goals, I developed targeted marketing initiatives designed to grow the business and strengthen its connection with customers. These initiatives included the creation of compelling taglines that aligned with the store’s brand identity and resonated with its target audience. Each campaign was crafted to highlight the store’s unique value propositions, drive engagement, and increase visibility in the community. This comprehensive approach ensured that each objective was tied to actionable strategies, providing a structured path to achieve meaningful growth and success.
